Consistent Frozen Solutions returned with a bigger and elevated booth at the World Food Expo (WOFEX) in SMX Convention Center, Pasay City. Still bolstering its striking red enclosures, this time, we highlighted our premium offerings, from meat cuts to customer care. It was the kind of premium that went beyond the plate. Premium that is felt and remembered.
The annual WOFEX opened its gates across simultaneous venues, happening all on the same days, from July 29 to August 1. With hundreds of food, beverage, and hospitality exhibitors, it was estimated to have garnered thousands of trade visitors and industry professionals. WOFEX is notable for hosting the biggest food and beverage trade show in the Philippines.
As the effects of global tensions remained relentless, this raised difficulties in sustaining kitchen operations and securing grade meat supply without compromise. Understanding the impediments kitchens face, Consistent Frozen Solutions circled back to its core purpose for this year’s exhibition: To Feed, Empower, and Grow.
Feeding Filipinos with Meat That’s Worth It
For more than a decade, Consistent Frozen Solutions had built relationships across the globe, bringing trusted meat and proven standards into the Philippines. We don’t simply choose to source meat from “popular” industry brands, we thoroughly assess the origins, quality, processes, and values of each of the partners we work with. This is to assure that we offer products that are worth every peso and worth what Filipinos deserve to delight in.
Among the countries we import our meat from is Nebraska–known as a “beef state” for their abundant grasslands, climate, feeding efficiency, and more. On the first day of WOFEX, we had the honor of welcoming Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen, along with Rosemary Anderson, Rancher and Board Member of Nebraska Beef Council and USMEF.
Jim says with pride, “You can be rest assured it’s the best beef in the world”. To support this, we made sure our visitors got a taste of Nebraska Beef. Using Greater Omaha’s Ribeye Boneless Choice Grade, we prepared delicious Kare-kare Skewers and Chicken Oatscaldo using Chicken Leg Quarters of AJC International that gave first strong impressions for the taste and quality among the variety of meat we offer.
Completing the menu, we were also joined by one of our valued sponsors, Gran Corte, known for offering one of the best pork meat selections in the world. We gave food samples of Pork Inasal using Gran Corte’s Pork Belly on our 4th day at WOFEX, earning interest even from passerbys.
Local restaurants, hotels, and other foodservice businesses continue to face struggles in their day-to-day operations compromising the overall dining experiences. But just like how our name suggests, we’re consistent in bringing the best the world has to offer into the Philippines. Paul Wijgergangs, Director of Norwest Food International Ltd., agrees as he said, “Consistent is a valuable business partner because their name (Consistent) says it already”.
Empowering Kitchens Through Bridging Gaps in their Operations
We believe empowering kitchens goes beyond simply providing quality products; it also means understanding the realities food services face and finding ways to offer quality, versatility, and value more accessible to their operations. Our live cooking demonstrations, hosted by Chef Ed Bugia, became an opportunity to bring this belief to life, using different cuts and meats to show how the right products can open up a multitude of opportunities for every kitchen.
More than the taste, we also wanted to exhibit classic and popular Filipino dishes using different meat cuts, while challenging the notion that high-end meat is exclusive to fine dining or synonymous with high prices–it could be savored regardless of the people and occasion. Because Consistent Frozen Solutions believes that Filipinos deserve delectable food choices, and that bringing these options to kitchens and other food services at a justifiable price is one step toward bridging this gap.
Growth Rooted in Malasakit
WOFEX is not just an opportunity to offer products and services. It also became a gateway to introduce the people behind each brand and organization. And behind Consistent Frozen Solutions was a team grounded in one value that shaped the way we worked: malasakit.
One of our customers, whom we first met at our WOFEX 2022 booth, returned to visit us this year. She excitedly shared how Consistent had remained her business’ top choice for its meat supply, describing our customer service as accommodating and responsive. “They will provide everything,” she shared.

How we show up afterwards is a testament to our willingness to grow with our customers. These testimonies were a reminder that consistency was more than what we delivered. It is present in how we conversed with our visitors, customers, and other partners. We hosted exclusive tasting events for customers who have shown great interest in our products. We wanted their experience in our booth to feel whole and intimate, not merely transactional.
At WOFEX 2026, Consistent Frozen Solutions showcased more than the products that help keep kitchens running. We showcased the people, partnerships, and values behind every order.
