Account Specialist (General Trade)

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management
• Close new accounts for the company
• Maintain the relationship of the current accounts of the company
• Processes the orders of the account
• Manages and negotiates the receivables of the accounts
• Does forecasting on how much products he/she can liquidate
• Has the prerogative to give a better price to the account
• Does reconciliation of invoices of accounts with inaccuracies of data

• Works closely with the other departments to achieve the department goals
• Work closely within the department for new products and product positions

• Gathers competitor’s movement
• Gathers market movement of goods especially price

• Does performance reports of the accounts
• Present his/her own performance report on a weekly or monthly basis
