HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

To effectively perform the duties of a human resources Intern, individuals must be able to demonstrate a number of competencies that are essential to the position, which include:

  • Assist the HR Team when it comes to the day-to-day human resource operations, functions, and duties.
  • Help compile and update employee records.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule job interviews.
  • Assist the HR Team when it comes to sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates and updating the HR database.
  • Provide support to other functional groups within the HR department especially in employee relations, and training and development.

Qualifications

The candidate must possess the following:

  • Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or in any related courses
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Tondo, Manila and Makati City.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
  • Can start ASAP.
